3. Refunds
- Refunds are provided only for defective or damaged products, at our discretion.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, disposable vapes, or any used products.
- Clearance items and promotional products are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
